Specializing in medical aesthetics and spa services, Zensken is a full service location with certified nurses ready to assist patients. When they reached out to Clio Digital they were looking for services within social advertisements along with automated messaging.
THE CHALLENGE: A main concern Zensken expressed was their bookings as they wanted to increase their YoY results for more opportunity and growth within the medical space.
Project execution
To help achieve their goals we went ahead and implemented specific tactics to help them:
- Installed a booking widget on their online platform that can help clients book directly with them
- Redefined their voice and developed copy that was intentful and thorough to secure potential leads
- Created a general brand awareness campaign and tailored service based campaigns for growth
Project results
With only a 30 day timeline, we were able to provide a revenue increase of +232% MoM and secure 75 bookings directly through ads. Because of the new streamlined booking system, they were able to obtain new and easily re-book new customers. Lastly, we were able to decrease their total ad spend by $4.5K all while generating positive results and growth for their company.
